4. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on the specific requirements of each project. We reserve the right to adjust prices to account for unforeseen circumstances or changes in material costs. Any additional work or materials required beyond the original quotation will be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon with you before commencement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Warranty
We provide a 5-year product coverage and a 3-year installation warranty. The product warranty covers defects in the Govee Outdoor PRO lighting system. The installation warranty covers any issues arising from the installation process. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature. To make a warranty claim, you must notify us in writing with details of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
